We normally live here, but I am seconded by the Government out of the country until mid-March 2027, which is why we rent out furnished. It has all the things you need to live nicely in Copenhagen. All the furniture in the pictures will stay in the apartment. It is centrally located in the city within walking distance of most things, and the metro is only 75 meters away. It is quiet because it faces a side street. It is located on the 4th floor with a view of the dome of the Marble Church. There is an elevator in the property, but the property is not accessible to people in wheelchairs because there are two times 3 steps at the bottom of the stairs. The apartment consists of a very large kitchen-dining room with a living room and a dining table. It has two rooms in addition to the living room. - One bedroom with a double bed (2 x 1.7 m) and closets. - A room with a closet, where there is currently a mattress on the floor. It has a brand new, beautiful bathroom (completed in April 2026). The property, which is a housing cooperative, has a laundry on the 5th floor with two large industrial washing machines, a dryer and two large drying rooms. We also have a lovely yard with a large gas grill and bicycle parking. Internet and water are included in the rent. Electricity and heat are charged per use. The aconto is for heat.
