Super centrally located apartment between the Parliament, Kgs. Nytorv and the main pedestrian street (Laksegade,1063 Copenhagen K) at a very quite side street. Its fully furnished and equipped (kitchen-ware, towels, sheets, iron, TV, vacuum cleaner, etc.) with 3 rooms - including the kitchen. I ticked off "senior-friendly", but I am not quite sure what that actually includes. It's not suitable for people with disabilities, since it does not have an elevator. It is officially 76 m2, but please be aware that in Denmark the size is calculated including walls and stairs. If you are from a country, where they do it differently, you might consider it smaller than 76 m2. The last 10 years we have been planning to renovate the facade of the building. If this finally happens, you might have a period where there are a scaffolding surrounding the building and some noise during the day. When we meet to see the apartment, you will have to bring ID, and I might ask you some questions to check your background. You are also very very welcome to check up on me as much as you wish.
