2 room apartment of 58 m²

Hi everyone!

I'm renting out my apartment for part of 2027 while I'm studying abroad on exchange.

Ideally, I'm looking for someone to move in around January 4th+, 2027, with the rental period lasting until June, July, or August. I'm flexible on the end date, but the exact move-out date will need to be agreed upon in advance and stated in the rental contract.

The apartment has high ceilings and a loft area in the living room with a 140cm bed. There's also a separate bedroom with another 140cm bed. It has a nice bathroom and a lovely balcony overlooking the courtyard.

The apartment comes fully furnished, with the option to include kitchenware, utensils, and other essentials.

CPR-registration is a must.
