Hi everyone :) I’m going to Paris for a while, so I’m renting out my lovely large studio apartment. Located on 4th floor, in a 17th floor building at the cozy neighborhood “Grønttorvet” in Valby. The building includes a community kitchen + lounge area, rooftop with shared living room, washing machines, a new gym, bike storage and 2 elevators. There are green areas outside the door and 3 neighborhood cafes 2 mins away, perfect if you work from home as well. Close to Vigerslev & Kbh syd station. I’m renting it out to 1 quiet, respectful & trustworthy female. Non smoker. No pets & NO couples or “my boyfriend needs a key as well” situation. One person only! Renting it out furnished from July 1st & 6-12 months availability. Registration is unfortunately not possible, as I need to still be registered here. Aconto + WiFi is included in the price :) I truly love living here, as the building is new and quiet & the area is lovely, so I’m looking for someone that will take good care of my home :) Looking forward to hearing from you!
