I am renting out my beautiful home while I am away on a work project for 18-23 months. It is newly renovated, top floor, sunny with a balcony and includes dishwasher and washing machine. Originally 2 værelse but in my renovation I added small space for separate sleeping area (with window) so 2.5 total. Mysundegade is 2 mins away from Enghave Plads and all its lovely cafes and restaurants… also the Metro. I can/will leave the bed and sofa but otherwise its unfurnished. Will cover bills but not wifi. Will just ask you to take care of it 🙏🌸
