Our lovely loft apartment in Nørrebro is available for rent, and we are looking for someone trustworthy who would like to make it their home for a longer period. It’s a very dear place to us, so we would love to find a tenant who will enjoy and take good care of it. The apartment comes fully furnished and ready to move into, and the rent includes: • Electricity, water and heating • WiFi • All furniture and plants included (please note that a few pieces have changed since the photos were taken: the table and the lamp have been removed, and the piano has been replaced with a white chest of drawers) • Fully equipped kitchen • Cleaning equipment and appliances • Smart TV • Integrated sound system Just a 5-minute walk from Skjolds Plads Metro, and the 6A bus to the city centre is only 2 minutes away. The neighbourhood has everything you need within walking distance while still feeling residential and cozy. The length of the rental can be discussed, although we strongly prefer someone interested in a long-term stay.
