A small basement studio (app. 25 m2), for one person, with own entrance. The flat has a fully furnished study, a small kitchen with a hot plate, microwave oven and refrigerator, a bathroom with a shower and access to a washing machine. My house is close to Lyngby Station (10 minutes walk) and it is easy to get to DTU. The rent for the flat is Dkr. 6.500 per month; this includes heating, water, electricity, Internet connection and clean bedding and towels every two weeks. The rent and a deposit of 6.500 Dkr. is to be paid in advance. The deposit will be returned to you when you leave, if the place is left clean and in the same condition as you found it when you came.
