The lease can be short term (minimum 3 months) or long term with just 1 month termination notice. The apartment is equipped with Dishwasher, washing machine (inside the apartment). The kitchen is large and have extra fridge & freezer. There is a large living room with TV and dining table that can be used for free time. plus very large balkon attached to your room. About Me: I am a young polite guy who work within IT/eCommerce. I respect personal space of others but also open to talk on common interests things. I speak Danish, English & German. About you: You should be Non-smoking person with full time job or study. Age/gender is not an issue. You should be polite, clean and willing to participate in weekly cleaning and arranging stuff in the common areas such as kitchen.
