Ernie Wilkins Vej, 2450 København, København SV - 3. sal
I got my hands on this really nice apartment on Sluseholm, København SV. It's a modern-type apartment with a big living area with two small, cozy bedrooms and a decently sized bathroom.
The total size is 94 m2 and your room is ~12 m2, incl the built-in closet. There is a washing machine with dryer, a dishwasher and a big balcony with a view on the locks. The monthly rent is 7000kr, excl electricity and internet. Deposit is 3 months of rent and prepaid rent is 2 months of rent (same conditions that I have with the landlord). The room is available from July and the rental period is unlimited.
I would like this to become a two-person collective, where we both use the common areas to just hang out, having people over, make food together sometimes... I much rather like a social collective than a purely functional collective. So you should not feel as a subtenant, but rather contribute to make this your home too.
A few words about me: I spend much of my time on windsurfing, food, music or trips to the west coast. I am 31 and come from Flensburg, at the German-Danish border region. So I don't have any preferences as to whether we speak English, Danish or German here. I've lived in Copenhagen for many years now, having finished my physics studies and now work as a postdoc at the math department at Aalborg University in Sydhavn.
If you're interested, write a few lines about yourself, and why you like to live in a collective.
