Hi Everyone, As of May we are moving into a newly renovated apartment in Vanløse. The apartment is 135 sqm. and has 3 floors with 4 bedrooms, a large kitchen and living room, a bathroom, and a south facing balcony with an amazing view to Copenhagen. We are therefore now looking for 2 people to share our apartment with. The apartment is brand new, build in 2017 and is located on top of the Kronen shopping mall in Vanløse. It’s a 2 min walk from Vanløse st. which operates both metro and s-trains. Føtex and fitness world is just a minute away. About the two rooms: - 12 sqm. The rental period will unfortunately be limited to about 6 months. The room is unfurnished, and the rent will be 4500 dkk/month without utilities. We will charge a deposit of 3 months rent + 1 month prepaid rent. The utilities will be shared equally, we don’t know the exact prices at the moment, but counting on it being around 700 dkk/month. About us: - We are down to earth people - We like to be social and drink some bottles of wines and beers, but of course a closed door is always respected. About us: Adam: - Is 29 and from Hungary - Assistant manager in a restaurant, and a programmer. - Likes to listen music and playing the guitar/ukulele in his free time. - Likes to cook, deep talks, playing boardgames, and workout. Charlotte: - Is 25 and from Denmark - Recently finished her Msc. Degree in physics. - Also loves to cook, listen to music, reading books and so much more. We are looking for someone who would like to socialize with us, everything from a casual talk over a cup of coffee or a glass wine, to movie nights, Sunday dinners and the occasional party.
