The room is 12 m2 and you will share the bathroom (with washing machine and dryer) and the open-space kitchen with dining table, dishwasher, sofa and TV. Furthermore, there is a lovely balcony and a storage room in the basement. There is also the possibility to use a terrace at the top of the front building and there is the space for the bike. The apartment is located near the main public transport that pass from Aarhus N, the Letbane is 6 minutes walking, as well as the bus 6A, 200, 180, 16 and 18. The supermarkets are pretty close (Netto, Rema) and eventually there is the Storcenter North with further shops. A lot of other services are available in the close vicinity, such as gym, halls for indoor sports and outdoor sports facilities. The current tenant is a 27 yo Danish guy, clean, nice and easygoing. He is working in the city center as bar manager and he likes to have a good relationship with the housemate. He plays football and he likes to have social time in the house such as board games or dinners. Always up for a company and a drink. About the future tenant: We are looking for a young person who is willing to enjoy the shared spaces but at the same time to respect the privacy and the closed door. Of course is essential to be clean and polite. Better a person up for medium/long term rent and with a working income. About the rent: As written in the description the move-in-price is 18.880 and the expenses include internet and all the other services. Per month rent would be 5230 DKK.
