We rent out a room, and give you acces to kitchen, lounge, bathroom( we have 2). 50% of the time the house is very silent, and the rest of the time the kids are home and will try to convince you to play basket or football with them outside, just say no and they will be fine. The kids and I sleep upstairs and the rented room is downstairs. We have had students from abroad living with us before and we hope to find someone who speaks English, Spanish, German or Portuguese, but any nationality is welcome, also Danes and Scandinavians. We expect you to keep your surroundings clean, and use common sense, let in fresh air on a daily basis. The room is furnished, but the furniture can be remooved. If you are more than one person and only need accomodation for a shorter periode we might find a solution, with more room. Hvis du står i en overgangsfase og har brug for et midlertidigt sted at være evt. med dine børn, kan vi godt skaffe plads til møbler og flere mennesker i en kortere periode. We have to cats, so you should not be allergic to cats. Vi taler dansk. If you study in RISØ or RUC or in Copenhagen, there is public transport and you can get there within an hour or less. You have acces to kitchen utensils, if you don´t have any, and acces to washing machine and a dishwasher. There are house rules to be followed, like clean up after yourself, don´t smoke, behave in a responsible manner, communicate if there is something you don´t know. cClose windows and lock the door if you leave the house og go to sleep.
