Only available in November. As I am travelling, I am renting my flat out for the month of November, so all furniture will be there and it will not be possible to bring additional furniture to the flat. It will be ideal for someone transitioning between flats who will have their furniture in storage or someone new to the city who has no furniture and limited belongings. No pets allowed. No parties. As this is the flat I live in, I am looking for for someone who will look after the flat and treat it with respect. The rent is non-negotiable as are the above terms. Failure to adhere to the rules will result in reduction of deposit.
