1 room townhouse of 17 m²

A room for rent in an apartment on the floors. The room is furnished with a bed and a closet. My 24-year-old son and I live in the apartment. He is still studying. We have a dog and a cat. The house is always clean and devoted. If you see yourself living in such a place, there is everything in the apartment and most importantly, respect each other's privacy. The price includes water, electricity, and internet.
