The townhouse is 155 m2 and contains a roof terrace and courtyard. The house consists of half floors connected with light stairs, which creates a very special cohesive feel and allows the light to pass through the open floors. The house is furnished with kitchen room, living room, two children's room, a large bedroom, an office, and two bathrooms. The kitchen has access to the cozy south-facing and sunny courtyard, while there is access to a similarly south-facing roof terrace from the top of the stairs. The lower floor of the house has direct access to the private parking space in the basement. For the family with children, the car-free alley to which the front door faces will be a big attraction. Here is always life and play and lots of playmates. In addition, the beach just outside the front door brings lots of joy for big and small with swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding, and play in the sand.
Islands Brygge is probably the most successful transformation of Copenhagen's harbor. The new Islands Brygge contains everything the modern family could wish for. The large park, Amager Fælled, and the cozy Nokken are perfect areas to go for a run or walk. Cafes and restaurants are popping up and the shopping opportunities are good.
