I’m renting out one bedroom in my spacious two-floor house located in a quiet and charming area of Sydhavn, Copenhagen. The house is right by the canal, with access to a private little dock — perfect for jumping into the water during warmer months or just enjoying the view. The ground floor features a large, fully furnished kitchen and living room with plenty of space and natural light. Upstairs there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. One bedroom is available for rent, and the second bathroom will be private for the tenant. The room is currently unfurnished in the pictures as I’ve just moved in, but it will be fully furnished before move-in with a 140x200 cm bed, a home office setup with desk and monitor, a cabinet and additional storage space.
