Room of 9 m²

We are looking for a roommate to share our home with us, a couple and our little daughter.

We are offering a private room and bathroom for one person. The house has two floors: the main floor, with a comfortable kitchen and living room, and the basement floor, where the room and bathroom for rent are located.

The house is conveniently located close to København Syd Station and Valby Station, providing easy access to public transportation. Spar and Lidl supermarkets are also nearby.

The neighborhood is residential and quiet. Smoking and pets are not allowed.

The monthly rent includes water, heating, electricity, and internet.
