I’m renting out a charming room in my apartment in Inner Nørrebro, just a short walk from the lakes. The room overlooks a peaceful green courtyard and is partly furnished with a large built-in closet. You’ll have access to a spacious kitchen with all amenities for cooking, and a large bathroom with a washing machine. Please note: this is not a traditional shared apartment, you’ll be renting the room and have access to bathroom and cooking facilities. I live a fairly private and independent life, so I’m looking for someone who is also independent and appreciates a quiet, respectful living arrangement. Quiet hours are from 22-07 which means no activities in shared spaces except strictly necessary – no cooking after 22 for example. If arriving home late, it is expected to show consideration and acting quietly. Details: • Rent: 7.500 DKK/month including aconto, internet, home insurance. • Deposit: 1 month’s rent • Prepaid rent: 3 months (covers the 3 month notice period, where no rent is paid) • Cpr. registration possible - only 1 person. • 1 year contract possible A bit about me: I'm a 33-year-old Danish woman working as a designer for a larger Danish fashion company. I’ve lived in both Paris and London, and I lead a life filled with work, time with friends and family, and painting oil paintings in the atelier space in the apartment. I’ve lived alone for many years, so I value privacy and peace at home. As I work fulltime and need to get up early I would like someone to have a similar way of living.
