Take over: as soon as possible * NO COUPLES * Are you our third flatmate? :) We are two young professionals in our 30s sharing this brand new modern apartment right behind Fisketorvet and over the canals. We are looking for a third flatmate who wants to share more than only a roof :) We are laid-back, no drama, and busy people who respect each other´s space but also enjoy socializing and having friends over every now and then. We are looking for a person that knows how to clean up after themself and be respectful and careful with others :) If you are looking for a place with a " Hi, bye " hotel treat, this is not for you :) - We don´t want to be only strangers sharing a roof ;) The space is as huge as 125 sqm, and we have 2 balconies from where we can see the new canals and the sunset :) The room is 12 sqm, very luminous, and has no shared walls with any other bedroom (some people value that a lot as it makes it very independent) and it comes with a wardrobe, bed, a bed table, a desk, and a chair.
