Little cosy room for rent to a foreign student from 1/5 -2024 eller 1/6-2024 on Nørrebro. I have rent a little furnished room for many years on Nørrebro, nearby Peblinge lake and Dronning Louise Bridge. Now the room is available from 1/5-2024 eller 1/6-2024 . The rent is 4000 d.kr. a month and one month deposit. We sign a contract. The rent is incl. warm, electricity, water, free laundry in the basement and free internet. I am a spanish high school teacher. I am from Chile but have stayed in Denmark for about 30 years and I am married. We live apart but visit each other several times a week. The room is small, cozy, and furnished with a window to a backyard garden and there is access to kitchen and bath in the apartment. It is not allowed to have sleeping company in the room, as it is a small room for one person. I expect everybody to clean after herself/himself in the kitchen and bathroom and it is also important to make appointments about the time we use kitchen and bathroom. I prefer a personal interview.
