BEDROOM DESCRIPTION It's a cozy 6 mq bedroom with a bed (90x190cm, bedframe + matress), pillow, a built-in wardrobe, a tall lamp and a night stand. You will be provided with two sets of linen for the bed. CONTRACT One or two year contract with possibility of renewal. COST - Price is 4.500 kr + electricity. Price includes heat, water and internet. - Moving in price: 9.000 kr, to be paid before April 1st (Deposit: 1 month rent; Prepaid rent: 1 month) - We share the cost of common items, like toilet paper, cleaning products, etc. APARTMENT DESCRIPTION It's a 99 mq hyggelig apartment on the ground floor, and it has an extra storage room that everyone can use for their belongings. The dinner table is big, but if you need a personal desk, you are welcome to have it in the living room and use the bookshelves. There is a modern bathroom with toilet, sink, shower, washing machine and tumble dryer. The kitchen has an electric stove, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, with empty cabinets ready for you. There is a balcony on the front, connected to the living room, and a small backyard in the back, connected to the other bedrooms. The living room has a dinner table, a sofa and a TV. Right outside there is a covered parking place for your bike, if you have it.
