Hi, my name is Casper, 29 years old, i am offering this 6 square meter room up for rent in my 80 square meter apartment where i live myself. More about me further down.
If you want to live close to copenhagen in a nice area of gentofte, this room would be great option. You get a view in the direction of gentofte lake area and busstops right out the door. Only 1 stop from dtu, 15 minutes from University of copenhagen and about 20 minutes from center of copenhagen. And of course you will be living in one of the richest municipalities in denmark filled with nature, nice shops and good people.
You will be living in a 6 square meter room in an 80 square meter apartment which comes equipped with bed, top matress, duvet, pillow, shelves, blinder and closet. The rent contains rent of these items, as part of the contract, as well as heating, water, wifi and electricity. No payment on account, just a fixed monthly payment. The room is next to an almost identical room, where another roomate/tenant will also eventually reside. I live myself down the hallway in another room.
I myself work mainly in sales and will be away most days, so if you are home 9-18:30, you will basically have the apartment for yourself. I have a passion for aquariums and coffee, so you can enjoy a peaceful and beautiful view of my 2 fish tanks and make yourself good coffee whenever. There is also a big assortment of good quality kitchen equipment available for use. Furthermore the livingroom contains a cozy couch, coffee table and book shelves.
I expect the future tenant to be considerate of fellow roomates including me, which means cleaning after yourself in the kitchen, being reasonably quiet at night and just generally doing your part in cleaning. Which i will of course be detailing more in the viewing and included house rules.
Please write if you have questions and also would like to arrange a viewing of the apartment, and get to know you just a bit before offering you the room :)
Note: i dont offer the room to couples or smokers. Pets might be a possibility, but it depends.
