Room for rent (1 person only) in a nicely kept apartment with clean, serious people (2). Access to kitchen bath toilet, balcony. The room is almost 10 square meter and you have access to another 40. You will be very close to a top knotch shopping mall (3 min walk) and metro 1 minute walk. Bike to vesterbro in five minutes and get to city center in no time. We have a paddle board which is great in the summer as we live right on the water close to bars, restaurants, etc. The neighborhood is quiet and and calm and the apt is from 2016. We like to keep the place clean and we are respectful of each others space. Your room can be re-arranged, its been re-arranged to fit the tenants needs, but whatever makes you comfortable. Parties are not common, maybe a beer before going out. But the place is meant to feel like a safe place / space where we can relax and unwind. We are looking for: Someone hygienic, calm, cooperative, who knows what its like to live on your own with the responsibilities day to day such as picking up after one self and keep it tidy for the next person.
