We're travelling for most of October and are therefore renting out our bedroom and living room in our 129 m² apartment in central Vesterbro from 1–26 October.
You'll have our large furnished bedroom with a 140 cm double bed, wardrobe/storage and plenty of natural light, as well as use of the living/dining room and our fully equipped kitchen.
The apartment is shared with Ella, 21, from Ireland, who rents another room and has her own separate kitchen, and our very friendly cat Monsieur 🐈. Monsieur generally hangs out and sleeps in the living room, so liking cats is definitely a requirement. 😊
The apartment is currently undergoing renovation, although there will be no renovation work taking place during the rental period. The actual living spaces — bedroom, living room and kitchen — are finished, comfortable and kept as our normal home, while parts of the hallway and other non-living areas are visibly unfinished, as shown in the photos. Because of the renovation, the apartment is not suitable for small children.
Practicalities:
• Furnished bedroom with 140 cm double bed
• Living/dining room
• Fully equipped kitchen
• Wi-Fi and utilities included
• Laundry facilities in the building
• Toilet shared with Ella
• Shower in the basement
• Central Vesterbro, close to Dybbølsbro and public transport
• 11,500 DKK total for 1–26 October
One important household requirement: we are a perfume/fragrance-sensitive household, so we're looking for someone who is happy to avoid perfume, scented sprays and strongly fragranced products in the apartment during their stay.
We're looking for someone who would enjoy having a temporary home in Copenhagen for October and who will be comfortable sharing the apartment with Ella and Monsieur.
If it sounds like it could be a good fit, send me a little about yourself and what brings you to Copenhagen. 😊
