My good flatmate is moving out, so I seek a new one.
I’m renting out half of my 120 sqm flat. You will have 2 private rooms (ca 27+8 kvm) plus share kitchen/bathroom/Attic with me. Separate entrance is possible.
Best location in Greater Copenhagen, Klampenborg.
Located between a nice beach (we walk in bath robes to the beach)
and a great forest (you can hear birds and deer from the flat);
yet, super close to the center of Copenhagen.
Low council tax, top services. 3 month notice.
Transport possibilities:
• Regional-, and S-trains, 13 min. to city.
• Bus to Lyngby/DTU ..or scenic bike trip.
• Easy access to main motorways, so fx 15 min. by car to Hørsholm/Science park.
• Council provides parking permit, plus one can rent parking spot in the yard cheaply.
Your part of the flat:
• A spacious living room with high stucco ceiling. During winter, you can gaze at the sunrise from the windows.
• Small bedroom, look into the forest while listening to the birds.
Shared part: kitchen, bathroom, hallway and attic.
• The kitchen is practical and contains dishwasher, cooker, fridge & freezer, boiler, and microwave. Plenty of storage space.
• The modern bathroom is spacious and contains WC, sink, proper shower, some storage, and washing machine.
• The hallway has ample hanging and storage room.
• The attic belonging to the flat is primarily for drying clothes, but there is also space for storing smaller items.
The building also has 2 separate green areas that tenants enjoy maintaining, plus a little ‘gym’.
For guests staying over: within the building, a double-bed room with sea view can be booked.
From whom are you renting:
I’m a senior lecturer in interaction design,
a quiet co-habitant, as well as an amicable, down2earth and forthcoming person.
I like to have a clear distribution of responsibilities and a clean flat.
If you are moving to the country, I can help you settling in.
Available for:
• One person only, or single parent.
• Quiet, reliable and responsible.
• Steady income (documented).
• Proper command of English OR a Scandinavian language.
• All genders and ethnicities are of course welcome.
• I prefer tenants who can see themselves living here for a lengthy period,
but also guest researchers who are here for a fixed period.
Some non-negotiable ground rules:
• Full compliance with the regulation/’husorden’ of the building (you’ll get a copy, and I can translate).
• No pets.
• Non-smoker, and no smoking in the building at all.
• No loud prolonged music practice.
• Rent is always paid on time.
• If you destroy something, it should be replaced immediately (or it will be subtracted from the deposit).
• Respect for each other’s rooms, items, etc.
• Taking shared responsibilities seriously.
I look forward to meeting my new flatmate.
Best regards Henrik
