The Accommodation: The rental consists of two rooms located in the basement level of a private manor-style villa in Charlottenlund. The registered living area is 29 m², but the actual usable space is 39.5 m². The difference is due to local regulations: the 9.4 m² bathroom is only counted as half, and a smaller 11.6 m² room is likewise only counted half because of its ceiling height of 2.0 m. The main room is 18.5 m² and has large, pleasant windows. Heating is provided by central heating and a wood-burning stove. The rooms have a private entrance, a private bathroom, and access to washing machine and dryer. From the main entrance of the house, you enter a shared staircase that connects the basement, ground floor, first floor, and second floor. A hallway on the basement level links the two rooms with the bathroom. This corridor is shared and used, among other things, for access to the laundry room. Location: The location of the rental is truly ideal. The large, beautiful garden borders Charlottenlund Forest, and there is direct access to the forest through the garden. You are welcome to walk through the garden to the forest, although use of the garden as a recreational area is not included in the tenancy. It is a 5-minute walk to the S-train station, 10 minutes to the beach through the forest, and 5 minutes to various supermarkets. If jogging in the woods does not fully satisfy your exercise needs, you will find a fitness centre and public swimming pool nearby. The Lodger: You are a single adult (male or female) with no children and no pets. You are a non-smoker and someone who understands how to show ordinary, civilised consideration for those around you. The Hosts: We are a relaxed, older married couple living on the ground and first floors. We are a retired scientist and a retired CFO. Denne gang er fællesareal og benyttes ved bl.a. adgang til vaskerummet. Beliggenhed: Lejemålets beliggenhed er ret ideel. Det store smukke haveanlæg grænser op til Charlottenlund Skov, og der er adgang til skoven direkte fra haven. Du har ret til at gå gennem haven til skoven, medens stationært ophold i haven ikke er en del af lejemålet. Der er 5 min gang til S-tog station, 10 min til stranden gennem skoven, 5 min til diverse supermarkeder. Hvis dit ønske til motion ikke tilfredsstilles af jogging i skoven, finder du fitness center og svømmehal i nærheden. Den logerende: Du er en enlig M/K uden børn og husdyr. Nok er vi gamle, men vi varetager stadig selv vedligeholdelsen af haveanlægget – og vi spiller bordtennis i haven hver dag sommer og vinter :-)
