Room of 22 m²

(The room is ideal for 2 people, but 1 person is also welcome!)

Hi! My name is João, I’m from Portugal and I'm 24. I recently finished my studies at DTU, and am currently working in Copenhagen :)

I’m renting a room for 2 people in a 3-person apartment, with CPRs, starting 1st of December or 1st of January. I am living in the apartment as well so I’m looking for nice housemates who like to live in a comfortable and clean space, and like to occasionally hang out, share meals, play some games in the evening, etc.

The room is quite big and has a large walk-in closet. It is currently fully furnished, but if you prefer bringing your own furniture we can also arrange that. The living room and kitchen are also very spacious and the whole apartment should feel like home to you, as much as it does to me.

📍Location: Right next to København Syd St. 💰Rent: 13.000DKK (plus electricity ~200DKK) 🧾 Initial payment: 39.200DKK (1st rent + 2 months deposit) 🏡 Move-in date: 1st Dec / 1st Jan 📐 Apartment Area: 128m2

Please reach out if you are interested or have any questions, and tell me a bit about yourself and what you are looking for 😁
