We are a hotel and also a Residence for young people (but not a hostel or a dorm), The room is furnished with 1 bed, small table and 2 chairs, a small fridge, a cupboard and a dresser. This room also has it's own private little balcony. It counts your private bathroom which is located inside the room. You will have access to the following common areas: a big kitchen where you can cook, fully equipped with stoves, microwave, dishwasher and a sitting/lounge area. CPR registration is possible here. About the location: - We are 500 mts from the Central Station - Have supermarkets all around us - Restaurants and the meat packing district very close - Gym 150 mts The moving-in date is from now.
