Room of 21 m²

We are looking for a new tenant in our 127 square meter apartment in the Ørestad area of Copenhagen (Hannemanns Allé) 🌿 Move in date and duration of stay is flexible.

🏠The apartment has 4 rooms (two bedrooms, one "office", and a big living room/kitchen area) and 2 bathrooms. The apartment is on the 7th floor, and has a beautiful view of nature from all windows and the balcony. Your room will be fully furnished with a double bed and a closet. You will also have your own large private bathroom 🛁

You will be living with 🙋🏼‍♀️Charlotte (35) and 🙋🏽‍♂️Florian (28), a Danish/French couple who enjoys going to the gym, travelling, movie nights, long walks and cooking. We both work full time. You’ll also be living with 🦁Yoda (4), our very social cat who enjoys naps, treats, cuddles and chasing toys.

👤We are looking for a person who is kind, easygoing, very tidy, calm, clean and smoke free.

🚲🚊The apartment is located an only 8 minute walk from Ørestad station, where the metro or train can take you to the city center or the airport in less than 10 minutes. By bike it’ll take you around 20 min to reach the city center.
