Hi Everyone, I am renting out a 20m2 furnished room in my 110m2 fully furnished flat, with shared access to a large common area. The rent includes electricity, heating, water, wifi, furniture and CPR registration.

You will stay with two friendly academic male tenants in their 20s and the flat is conveniently located near grocery shopping, green areas such as the Frederiksberg gardens and public transport. It takes about 20 minutes by bike to the city center and 10 minutes to for example CBS.

In the flat there is shared balcony, large living room, bathroom and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, all utensils and fridge/freezer etc.

The room has a large bed, desk, chair, drawers, closet space, lights and art.
