Each room is rented to one person only, creating a comfortable and quiet living environment for students, PhD candidates, researchers, and young professionals.
The rooms are fully furnished and ready to move into. Each room includes a bed with bedding, a desk, a chair, and a wardrobe. In addition to the private rooms, the house offers extensive shared facilities and common areas, providing much more space than a typical shared apartment.
Residents have access to a large shared kitchen, a common dining area, a dedicated study room for focused work and study, and generous storage facilities. The house is equipped with a washing machine, dryer, fridge, freezer, and additional storage space. One bathroom is shared between three residents.
One of the highlights of the property is the large 800 m² garden, offering plenty of space to relax, enjoy the summer, or spend time outdoors. The property is surrounded by greenery, with walking paths and recreational areas located directly next to the house.
The location provides excellent access to both DTU and Copenhagen. The Letbanen station is approximately 800 meters from the house and offers a direct connection to DTU, with a travel time of around 20 minutes. There is also direct access towards Ishøj. Nørrebro Metro can be reached in approximately 15 minutes by public transport, while cycling takes around 19 minutes to Nørrebro and approximately 24 minutes to DTU.
