We have a very large (20m2) room for short term rent (August-January) for a SINGLE person in a nicely furnished flat with access to kitchen and bath. We are a friendly English speaking family with 2 boys (aged 12 and 16), 3 very social cats and one other busy renter. We would like to find a quiet clean responsible non-smoking tenant (COMMUTERS welcome) who is comfortable living with a family and cats. Flexibility and good communication skills are essential. The apartment includes a fully equipped eat-in kitchen, bathroom with tub/shower and laundry facilities. It is centrally located, close to public transportation (1 minute walk to metro/bus) and shops. There is a garden for use in the summer months and for storing bikes year round.
