We are looking for a new roommate to join our spacious (225sq/m) shared apartment on Vester Voldgade, directly on the inner-city waterfront, with move-in from September/October 2026. The apartment is recently renovated and combines classic Copenhagen character - high ceilings, ornamental details and large window - with all the modern amenities, including a washer/dryer. It has a large living room, an open-plan kitchen and dining area, two large bathrooms and a balcony overlooking Christiansborg, the Copenhagen skyline and the waterfront. Despite being right in the centre of the city, the available room are peaceful and offers plenty of privacy being situated on the 4th floor. Room: 20 m² A bright and spacious room with high ceilings, ornamental stucco and large windows. It has a beautiful view across the Copenhagen skyline, with Christiansborg Palace just a stone’s throw away. The size, natural light and ceiling height make the room feel particularly open and roomy. The current furniture will be available to purchase from the current roommate. Rent: 9,700 DKK per month plus utilities (see below) Move-in: 1 October 2026 You would be sharing the apartment with us: Gustav, 31, Sweden, is known to make a strong entrance, mix a mean cocktail and hit a solid forehand—whether in tennis, padel, ping-pong, squash or frisbee golf. He works as a product manager in fintech and loves going down rabbit holes on all kinds of eccentric topics. Nick, 28, South Africa, works as a supply-chain consultant and is an avid rugby enthusiast. He enjoys running, time spent outdoors and winding down with a cold beer. He also loves cooking and has firmly appointed himself the Gordon Ramsay of the apartment although with considerably less shouting. André, 24, Italian/Brazilian, is a new addition to the apartment. He enjoys the outdoors, beach volley, tennis and perhaps a night out, and is equally proficient in the kitchen - particularly in Italian delicacies. We are active young professionals and would like the apartment to feel like a genuine home rather than simply four people renting separate rooms. We enjoy sharing some dinners, watching films, playing games and occasionally heading out for a drink, while also respecting that everyone needs privacy, downtime and a closed door now and then. We are ideally looking for a young professional around the age of 25–35, although this is not a strict requirement. Both men and women are welcome. We are not looking for couples, and unfortunately pets are not possible.
