I'm going on exchange, so im looking for someone who would be interested to rent my room at Sundbyvestervej, Sundby Kollegiet, which is available from 1 November 2026 through May 2027. The room is 18 m² with its own private bathroom, and the kitchen is shared. The rent is 4,600 DKK (615 EUR) per month including utilities. My bed can stay, and there's also a small fold-out table, so you'll have the basics from day one. The last two pictures show how the setup will be, with the bed and table. They are Ai generated, and is of course just a suggestion on how it could be setup. If you're looking for a place to live yourself, or you know someone who is, please don't hesitate to send me a message😁 NOTE: BoligPortal announces that this rentable is part of a housing association. Future tenants will have to be approved by the association prior to moving in.
