The tenancy is intended for students only, and the room is therefore rented exclusively to students. I am looking for a calm and responsible tenant for a room in my home. I prefer a tenant who appreciates a quiet and harmonious living environment and who does not host parties or play loud music. The room is 16 sqm and furnished. There is free access to a bathroom and toilet, a functional kitchen (with a small dining area), and a lovely garden (including a shed for bicycle storage). The rent includes all utilities, i.e. water, heating, electricity, a small TV package, Wi-Fi, and free access to washing and drying clothes. When I am not at home (approximately 10 days per month), I stay with my partner, which means that during these periods there is full access to the living room as well. The house is located close to Bagsværd and Stengården stations, as well as shopping facilities. You are very welcome to come and view the property and see if the chemistry is right.
