Room of 16 m²

Hi you are PhD/full time job living in Copenhagen temporary, or a Pendler working here with your home elsewhere. (No couples accepted).

I offer a lovely furnished room 16 m2 in large luxury apartment 120 m2 with large private large roof top terrace, to which you also have free access.

I live near DTU, nature and beach - and 15 min by train/car from Copenhagen downtown. Easy walk to 15 min bus to Copenhagen (Nørreport), the Copenhagen university and Rigshospitalet. During the past 7 years we had great roomies (both Danish and foreigners). I had a contract with a roomie who never came due to circumstances finishing her PhD before coming to Denmark- and new employer cold not accept the delay.

Now pretty acutely seeking ONE new roomie from Nov 1st THE ROOM: The room is a privately furnished room for 1 person only (no couples accepted). It has a double bed and a smaller working table (its a white one now).

THE SHARED SPACE Our kitchen area and dining area is shared. You also have free access to roof top terrasse in one of the most expensive areas in Copenhagen. There is 1 shared large bathroom/ shower.

GREAT LOCATION We are in Center of Gentofte in a building with fitness club and a NETTO food store open till midnight. Many small restaurants/cafes. There is a 10 min walk to S-train-station (from which you are in City Center of Cph. in just 15 minutes). You can easily park outside on streets, free parking in 2 minutes walking distance. We live 10 min on bike from the beach/woods. Its in the nicest most expensive part of Copenhagen. We are 20 min from DTU by bike. Quickly you are there by train/bus as well in winter. Here are lots of re-creative areas for jogging/hiking/biking, 300 m from a large lake.

EXPENSES In addition to the 5700 in rent there are 1100 kr./month covering Wifi, water, light, heat, toilet paper/kitchen paper, plastic back, spices etc. in the split '1/3 of apartment'. You have your own cupboard, also in the kitchen, own space in the refrigerators, however almost no freezing capacity left (1-2 frost items allowed). If you have a gamer PC your pay for separately, as these double our electricity bills, we tried it :-) lol . RENTAL PERIOD

WHO ARE YOU/WE? I am an academia myself, MSc DTU biotech, holding also an art degree :-) I am the start-up type, and easygoing.

I love sailing, art, hiking and power training, yoga. Daughters 22 & 25 no longer live here. But sometimes comes visit ex Sunday evenings. In accordance with the law of renting out, your CPR can of course be formally registered. You must have a job contract already. Ill help you with the rest.

We like to share happy moments together, so you are extrovert. We are both agile and out in town/for sports several times a week. We are both academics.

RENTAL PERIOD 2 years, with opportunity to prolong.
