There's a basement storage, and underground parking for car or bike. Your room is about 16 meter square, and includes a double bed, in-built closet and curtains. It overlooks a quiet yard. The rent is 6.800 DKK/month and that includes heating and water. Electricity bill depends on usage and is about 350 DKK each per month. Wifi is 220 DKK each. Move-in total 16.600 DKK, includes first and last month rent plus 3.000 DKK refundable deposit. Rent is unlimited for a minimum of 3 months. CPR is available.
