Room of 15 m²

I'm looking for a tidy and responsible person to rent my room / apartment for a limited period of three months, from 1 December to 28 February.

During a large part of the rental period, my roommate will be travelling, meaning you'll have the entire apartment to yourself.

My roommate has also kindly agreed to lend out his room, which has a proper bed and wardrobe. This means you'll have access to a comfortable bedroom with a real bed rather than having to sleep on the sofa bed.

What's included in the rent?

• Electricity, water and heating
• Wi-Fi
• Insurance (Indbo)
• Access to the basement laundry room, with two washing machines and two dryers
• A large drying room in the attic
• Additional storage space in the attic

About the apartment

• Super central location, yet quiet, as the apartment is situated on a side street with very little traffic
• Large backyard
• Bright apartment on the fourth floor
• Well-equipped kitchen with dining space
• Exclusive use of the entire apartment during the rental period

The apartment is furnished and ready to move into.

Rental terms

• Rental period: 1 December – 28 February (three months).
• Deposit: One month's rent, payable as a deposit. This is non-negotiable.

Who am I looking for?

Ideally, someone who:

• Has a stable full-time job
• Is over 30 years old
• Is tidy, respectful and responsible
• Interested? Please read before getting in touch.

To make the process easier and avoid unnecessary back-and-forth, please include the following information in your initial message:

Rental period: Confirm that you are aware this is a temporary rental for three months only (1 December – 28 February).

• Deposit: Confirm that you are comfortable paying a deposit equivalent to one month's rent. This requirement is non-negotiable.
• Age: Let me know how old you are.
• Employment: Confirm that you are currently employed full-time and that you can provide proof of employment (e.g. an employment contract) if requested.

There is, of course, an opportunity to view the apartment before making a final decision.

Please note: This is a first come, first served arrangement. The apartment will be offered to the first person who meets the requirements and is a good fit.

The rental process

• A video call so we can get to know each other.
• A visit to the apartment.
• Signing a rental agreement.
