A bright, quiet, furnished room is available in my ground-floor apartment in Charlottenlund from 8 December 2026.

The room is approximately 15 m² and furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe, a TV and an armchair. There is also a spacious entrance hall with a dining table.

You will have access to the kitchen and bathroom, which you will share only with me, as I live alone. The bathroom is right next to the room.

The rent is DKK 3,500 per month, including heating, electricity, water and internet.

The basement has a shared laundry room with washing machines and dryers, as well as storage space and bicycle parking.

Please note that the room is available only until 1 May 2027, when my son returns from Germany for a four-month stay with me. The room will be available again after his stay, around September 2027.

The apartment is a short walk from Charlottenlund Station and local shops. Nearby Jægersborg Allé offers a variety of shops and cafés. There are also lovely green spaces and woodland nearby, and the beach is approximately 2 km away.

This is a peaceful home, ideal for someone who appreciates quiet surroundings for studying, reading or research.
