The room is furnished with the necessary furniture and essentials and will be available from the first week of November. There is access to a shared bathroom and a small shared kitchen with the necessary equipment for preparing simple everyday meals. The kitchen is suitable for light cooking, but not extensive cooking. Wi-Fi is available for a small additional cost. The room is suitable for one person, preferably a female student or someone who is working. I am looking for a quiet, responsible and respectful tenant who will take good care of the room and shared facilities.
