I am a postdoctoral researcher moving to Berlin on 1 June to work on a research project for 1-2 years. I am renting out the largest room in my two-room apartment on Nørrebro while I am away, initially for one year but possibly also for a second year depending on how my life situation develops. I will be keeping the smaller room in the apartment for when I am visiting from Berlin. This will only happen occasionally, so you can expect to have the apartment to yourself most of the time.
The room is currently furnished, but any unwanted furniture can be moved out as desired (including, of course, all personal items seen in the photos). Note that there is no bed in the room, so you will have to acquire that for yourself (I have an extra mattress to get you started if you need it). Heat, water, electricity, and wifi are included in the price, but I of course expect you to use them in moderation.
Knowing how difficult it can be for visiting PhDs, postdocs, external lecturers, and other university employees to find suitable and affordable accommodation in Copenhagen, I am especially interested in offering the room to researchers from outside Copenhagen, whether Danish or international.
