For female in need of immediate housing I have a vacancy from primo February for a short term lease during spring semester, with a possibility to extend later. Lovely room with windows facing south, overlooking a big garden. Access to kitchen shared with very nice landlady :) who has a separate bathroom, so the room shares the second bathroom (toilet, sink, bathtub and shower) with a visiting young female in the next room. The room has a big cupboard, a comfortable 140x200cm bed, and a book shelf (a small desk can be provided). Rent includes central heating, electricity and fibernet/wi-fi, as well as washer and dryer in the basement. Tenant must have her own insurance for personal effects and liability. The villa is situated in Jægersborg, Gentofte, in walking distance to DTU, and has been occupied by DTU-students over the years.
