Hi there, We are looking for a new roommate in our apartment in Delta Park, Vallenbaek strand. The room for rent is 14m2, and comes with a 2 beds and a wardrobe rack. The apartment is new and has a kitchen stove, oven, washing machine and dryer. There is also a basement you can use. Outside there is parking for both cars and bikes. The tenancy includes cpr registration. The apartment is located next to the Vallenbaek train station and a commercial area with supermarkets, restaurants and other stores. The price for the room is 5600 DKK per month, all included. The deposit is another 5000 DKK and with the last month prepaid, it will sum up to a total of 16200 DKK to pay up front. It can be also rented out for two people. The current tenant is moving out in the middle of April, so if you want to move in before the first of May you are more than welcome to do so.
