Hi, I have a lovely apartment 15-20 min from city center and across from a beautiful little park with a lake. The whole area is surrounded by nature. There is great transportation, restaurants and shopping around. I have a very homey and large 14kvm room available only for a single person, preferably a student and is on the 3rd floor. There is a small Balcony available from the kitchen. This is a non smoking apartment. The bed is a comfy 120x200 bed. The floors have rugs. I prefer a female roommate, however, I am open to the right person. I work at home and am a musician, so I travel from time to time and when I am home I do cherish my privacy. I am to myself but do like to chat when we meet in the kitchen and am open to eating together from time to time if this suits us. ’NOTE.
