Cozy room in Kongens Lyngby close to DTU, Lyngby Center, Lyngby railway station as well as green areas.. The room is located in the "basement level", but with direct access to a large sunny terrace. The room has a "separate entrance" and access to toilet/bathroom and fully equiped kitchen (microwawe, fridge and hobs) , which primarily will be used by the tenant are also located at the same level as the room. There is free internet and access to a washing machine and tumble dryer, (against payment). The room which is fully equiped - furniture, towels, bedlinen etc. is rented out to single students without pets. Overnight guests will not be accepted without special agreement.
