The room is fully furnished with a closet, small table, black chair, lots of shelve space for storage, painted chair, single bed. The room has a balcony towards the yard. Shared facilities are a spacious kitchen, glass tower area and bathroom. Access to the co-op’s communal garden area and laundry facilities in the cellar. The apartment building is situated in Guldbergsgade in a very nice neighbourhood. You would be sharing the apartment with me, an older woman who works with art, have lived abroad numerous times. Please note, that I have a three days limit for visits from friends or family, AND that there is no internet connection, you would however be able to sign up easily for your own subscription. Electricity and gas are paid separately on a monthly/quarterly basis, based on consumption, usually around 150 DKK monthly.
