We have a furnished room in a private house with a neighbouring large nature area and a huge park with a beach, so there is optimal conditions for outdoor walking, running etc. You will have your own kitchenette facilities ('tea kitchen') with your own fridge +freezer placed in a shared area. From this area there is direct access to your room without passing our living rooms. You will have your own bathroom. From the room there is a door to a small part of the garden for your use. There is 600 m to Metro, bus and supermarket and 5 km to the city centre. Biking is an easy way to get arround. Cooking hot meals has to be very limited due to the weak ventilation and our allergies. So you should be satisfied with frying in an airfryer (large and new), heating your meals in the microwave or cooking on one plate. You have to avoid heating spices and garlic (herbes are ok). We also need that you use products with no perfume, due to allergies. The rent includes everything: internet, electricity, heating, water and use of the washing machine. CPR registration possible. We are a retired couple in our late sixties who both have worked internationally. We appreciate nature and emphasis sustainable living. The house has solar cells to reduce our CO2 impact.
