13 m2 room in Østerbro. I (Christopher, 26 year old) and my roomie Lea (27 year old) are looking for a 3rd roomie to share a flat in Østerbro. We are renting out the bottom left room shown in the picture. Pictures will be uploaded this week! Practical stuff: * Rent is 5400 kr a month, everything included * Deposit is 16.200, which includes both deposit and prepaid rent. * The contract is for three months, to see if we are a fit, but hopefully you are able to stay for much longer! :) *Moving in date is June og July, depending on when our current roomie is able to find a new room *We have all basic amenities (washing machine, dish washer, internet and so on) Lea is a 2D animator working from home, while I am taking a break from studies, after finishing my bachelor. We share the kitchen/dining room (upper left room, and also have a balcony.
