Room of 12 m²

WHAT We’re renting a 12 m² room in our two-storey apartment in Sydhavnen. Your room will be on a ground level, and you will have your own bathroom. The kitchen, dining area and balcony are shared.

Our home is pet-friendly, as Wally is part of the family. 🐾🐶

WHEN Available from 1 November 2026 until 30 June 2027. We’re looking for someone who can stay for the full period.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? You’ll be sharing the apartment with Niki, Rob and Wally. We live upstairs, and Rob and Wally spend about half their time in Sweden. We both work remotely and travel often, so we appreciate a peaceful and comfortable home.

We’re preferably looking for a student who is clean, tidy, calm, considerate and pet-friendly — someone who respects shared spaces, values a relaxed home environment and is happy to socialize.
