Hello, I am looking for one tenant. I have one furnished room for rent in a bright, new apartment on the top floor. Shared spaces are the bathroom and kitchen/living room. The apartment is 66 m2 in total. The room is approximately 12 m2 and costs DKK 5800 per month including everything. The bathroom is spacious and bright. This is a quiet home for working people. Most of the time we are either out and about or spend time resting on our own; occasionally we run into each other and have a chat in the kitchen. We keep the apartment clean. Smoking is not permitted in the apartment. A bit about myself. My name is Christian, I'm 40 years old, I hold a PhD in economics and teach at the local business school as well as work as a lifeguard.
